Column 1 - Number of dwelling, in the order of visitation
Column 2 - Number of family, the order of visitation
Column 3 - The name of every person whose place of abode on April 15, 1910, was in this family. Enter surname first, then the given name and middle initial, if any. Include every person living on April 15, 1910. Omit children born since April 15, 1910.
Column 4 - Relationship of each person to the head of this family - whether wife, son, daughter, servant, boarder, or other.
Column 5 - Sex
Column 6 - Color or race
Column 7 - Age at last birthday
Column 8 - Whether single, married, widowed, or divorced
Column 9 - Number of years married
Column 10 - Mother of how many children, number born
Column 11 - Mother of how many children, number now living
Column 12 - Place of Birth of this person, naming State or Territory of United States, or the Country if of foreign birth
Column 13 - Place of Birth of the Father of this person, naming State or Territory of United States, or the Country if of foreign birth
Column 14 - Place of Birth of the Mother or this person, naming State or Territory of United States, or the Country if of foreign birth
Column 15 - Year of immigration to the United States.
Column 16 - Whether naturalized or alien.
Column 17 - Whether able to speak English; or, if not, give language spoken.
Column 18 - Trade or profession of, or particular kind of work done by this person, as spinner, salesman, laborer, etc.
Column 19 - General nature of industry, business, or establishment in which this person works, as cotton mill, dry goods store, farm, etc.
Column 20 - Whether an employer, employee, or working on own account.
Column 21 - Whether out of work on April 10, 1910 if an employee.
Column 22 - Number of weeks out of work during year 1909 if a employee.
Column 23 - Whether able to read
Column 24 - Whether able to write
Column 25 - Attended school any time since September 1, 1909
Column 26 - Owned or rented home
Column 27 - Owned free or mortgaged
Column 28 - Farm or house
Column 29 - Number of farm schedule
Column 30 - Whether survivor of the Union or Confederate Army or Navy.
Column 31 - Whether blind (both eyes)
Column 32 - Whether deaf and dumb
