Pricing for Prints from Digital Files
(Private Use and Research Only)
The pricing shown below is only for photographs purchased for private use or research. Photgraphs provided for commercial use or publication have a different pricing structure and requirements. Pricing consists of four items: Reproduction Fee, Preservation Fee, Shipping/Handling Fee, and State Sales Tax. If retouching or special cropping of a photograph is desired, additional charges will be incurred and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Payment in advance is required for all photo orders.

Note: Printed at full frame on glossy paper unless otherwise specified. Prints will have white borders along one of the dimensions if the aspect ratio of the photograph does not exactly match the aspect ratio of the selected paper size. If the aspect ratio exactly matches, there will be no borders.
Preservation Fees
The photographic preservation fee is used to defray costs associated with the special handling required of the types of materials which must be photographically reproduced. Funds generated from these fees are dedicated to the further development and preservation of the Collection's holdings.

Shipping and Handling Fees
No handling fee is charged for orders picked up at the Collection. Otherwise,
the following shipping/handling fees will be charged. Orders will be mailed out
as standard first-class mail. Express mail/shipping may be requested for an additional charge.

Sales Tax
All purchases made in-person at the Collection or mailed to a Texas address are subject to 8.25% sales tax. Tax-exempt organizations may submit a Sales Tax Exemption form to avoid paying sales tax.
