From Meridian at Highway 6 and TX-22 Turn left onto TX-22 W. About 1.5 miles on the right is FM 1473, It is about an 45? turn. You know you are on the right path with a Spring Creek Cemetery sign. Follow this road for about 10 miles, watch for a County Road 2160 sign. Turn right on CR 2160 and go about 2 miles. You will see the white church, the old schoolhouse, and cemetery on your left.

The information included dates from the gravestones and, in some cases, the inscriptions from the gravestones.
