The information included dates from the gravestones and, in some cases, the inscriptions from the gravestones. It was on a grassy knoll and unfenced. There were four rock-marked graves and a more recent gray granite flat stone saying CULPEPPER. Only one stone had lettering. The location is about four miles northwest of Walnut Springs on the old Ray Hickock place , subsequently owned by Louis Beecherl (in 1987). |
