NOTES: This cemetery was first surveyed by the BCHC prior to 1985. This cemetery is on the old Mervin Bakke place. The Norway Mills Post Office was here from 1879 to 1890, and the land (about one-half acre) was given by Mr. and Mrs. A. Y. Reeder for a public cemetery. It is now on private property. In 1940, Mr. Hector Hill put a four-strand barbed wire fence around it with a gate on the south.
