NOTES: Note: The Scantlin graves were originally on the west side of the Bosque River in the Cooper School Community. After 1925 Newt Scantlin died and was buried here which would probably account for the unmarked grave with T. N. S. footpiece. Later the other graves were moved from the farm & re-interred here. Mr. Sam Mooney, now dead was hired to do the job.
