Photographic Duplication

The Bosque County Collection offers digital images and color laser prints of photographs in its posession. All orders of photographs for publication or display must be accompanied by a Request for Permission to Publish or Use Reproduction of Materials form.

These are determined on a case-by-case basis. ^bDigital files will be 24-bit RGB 300 dpi at the original photo size and provided in .JPG format, unless otherwise requested. ^cPatrons claiming Tax Exempt Status must complete and submit the appropriate page from the following form with their payment (the seller should be listed as the Friends of the Bosque County Collection, Inc.): Texas Comptroller Form 01-339 (Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate / Exemption Certification)

To order photographic duplications:

Fill out the Request for Permission to Publish or Use Reproduction of Materials form.
Submit the form by mail (P.O. Box 534, Meridian TX 76665) or by email (bcc@bosquechc.org).
After we receive your form, we will email you an invoice. Prepayment is required on all orders. Please do not send payment until you have received an invoice.
